A highly palatable and dust free mix designed to provide competition horses and ponies with concentrated nutrition for optimum performance. Low Intake Competition Mix is blended from a mixture of cooked cereals, bruised oats, vegetable protein and soya oil to provide quick release energy. Micronutrient levels have been raised to enable reduced quantities to be fed for competition horses and ponies prone to weight gain. Important antioxidant levels (vitamin E & selenium) have been elevated to help optimise performance and recovery. Key B vitamins have also been raised to help improve energy production Soya oil is added to increase the energy density of the mix, and a pre-biotic is included to enhance digestion. When fed at the recommended levels, Low Intake Competition Mix requires no further supplementation. |
